"This a small Ryokan which is very authentic Japanese style. No English spoken but this adds to the authenticity. We loved the natural accommodation which was exactly as shown on the website. Excellent meal provided in the evening and an enormous breakfast which we were not expecting so was a bonus. "Rooms were excellent, clean and very roomy. Onsen was great and well maintained. Only complaint is there is only one restaurant within walking distance. Everything is far and hilly, without a car this can be very inconvenient. The day we were there, it was raining and we could not even get a cab. Had to to walk 10 min to a bus stop and wait in the rain. Other than tat i highly recommend the hotel. "
