"Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. Just as few notes if this is your first time in this area: Difficult to use the appliances as they are in Japanese, even though they provide a QR code with instructions we couldn’t use it. There are no dining options nearby and no restaurant at the hotel. Check-in is virtual and they are strict with the 3 pm check-in. Difficult to find or request taxis. "
