Welcome to our cozy Oceanside haven, where comfort meets fun! With 6 bedrooms (one with a king bed for the royal treatment), plus a living room sofa that morphs into a bed, we've got space for 12. Enjoy Smart HDTVs in every room, lightning-fast WIFI, and a full kitchen stocked for your culinary adventures. The private backyard boasts a BBQ, Ping Pong, Cornhole, and seating for 8. We’re pet-friendly (with a fee), have ample parking, and provide baby gear so your little one can vacation in style. Instant book now before it's gone!

Pets

Up to 2 pets are allowed in our home. There is a pet fee of $199 per reservation (up to 2 pets.) The pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Please do not let your pets climb on top of the furniture or damage our home. If your pets shed any hair, please clean up after them. You will be responsible for any excessive cleaning fees or damage caused by your pets. Thank you so much.

Note: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 (bedrooms in the middle of the house) do not have AC units. They have ceiling fans. We have central heat in the entire house via a central thermostat.

The house is in a good location with many stores nearby. It accommodated the 12 people in our group comfortably. However, some spaces were still dirty when we arrived, even though we had later check-in due to the cleaning group needing more time. There was also a weird smell. Overall, it was a good place to stay and communication was easy and gave quick responses! Just wish the spaces were a little cleaner.

Wouldn’t stay again

House was not prepped for us. No welcome package with instructions. No air conditioning. It was 84° in the house upon arrival. During the day we could not get the temp below 79°. The master bedroom is in the middle of the house and does not have a door or a window. We had to request the wifi code. TV’s were not logged in and ready to watch. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper for 8 people for 6 days. I again had to contact customer service. They had me get into the maid’s closet and use the partial rolls that were in there. Yuck! Not sure where any of them had been. No new rolls were ever provided. When we left we had ½ roll left for all 3 bathrooms. The house was very dirty. There was blood on the sheets. Dirty silverware, food and crumbs under the glass on the kitchen table, pooled-stinky water in the bottom of the dishwasher and spiders around the house. The garbage disposal was noisy as if there was some debris stuck in there. There was hair in the shower, and the terry cloth hand towels they used were full of hair and lint. The pans all had loose handles. None of the sheets fit property; fitted too large and flat too small. The kitchen trash bags were so thin they would tear as you take them out and there was no way to tie them closed and all the trash receptacles outside were full. The salt shaker was empty. The shower was slippery. One of the living room curtain brackets fell out of the wall when we opened the curtains. The anchor had previously been pull

The property was cute! We werent there to play as fun as that would have been.we were there for a funeral. The host was so accomadating, understanding and Responded quickly Minutes from the beach and marina makes it a good location to be. Thank you for everything!

Home away from home

Overall, a very nice home with soft beds and a spacious room for my family's needs, but the home was pretty hot, and we’d recommend adding AC, especially during this time of the year when the temperature was 86 degrees. But we had an amazing stay. My grandkids loved it and had a ton of fun, but they just kept complaining about how hot it was, even with the portable AC and fan. However, we did notice there were two rooms that did have AC units, but they were obviously only able to accommodate two bedrooms and two people, so it wasn’t very fair for the other people that we’re hot. Nevertheless, great home, comfortable, spacious, and homey. We'd definitely recommend this home to other family members, but only during the winter.
