"I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful. We ate in the Maker restaurant when we first arrived and the food was so good. We had a little hiccup with our door opening and it needed to be recharged. Maintenance came within 10 mins to fix things and we were back in our hotel room. The night shift for the valet seemed different than the morning shift. There were automatic window blinds, lots of artwork, and comfortable furniture. The lounge access was nice. "The hotel staff was probably the friendliest staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. We enjoyed the ease of the valet app when requesting our vehicle. The rooms were spacious and clean. The elevator was painfully slow. The bathrooms were very large, but provided very little space for setting toiletries. The floors were also dangerous, as the shower water spilled out all over the floor and we had to use several towels just to contain it. Overall, we would just rate this hotel as ok."
