Què li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Coming in to check in I parked out front and immediately greeted by valet. They were a little pushy and unprofessional as they were trying to push you to use them. I declined and said i am doing self park. They sighed and told me they need my keys while checking in. However there was 2 other people there doing the same thing and they only took my keys. Self Parking is $50 across the street in an underground parking ramp. Valet is $60 per day plus tip.
Check in was easy and quick. Lobby and bar/lounge areas were also clean. I asked to use a luggage cart and declined the need of help of the bellhops so I was stared and they asked how long I needed it and i said 10min. I felt like I had to ask permission to use the hotel's luggage carts
Room was clean, average size, no complaints.
Pool was loud and echoes. A bunch of kids were in there playing and it was rough to not get a headache. Towels readily available and pool area was clean. Wish there was more space and tables to grab a bite to eat while kids are swimming.
Bar/lounge area was clean with lots of tv's. Scott the bartender provides amazing service and is very personable. Prices were very high for drinks and food. Very limited menu, food was average and definitely not worth the price. $24 for a cheeseburger and fries was a bit much.
Location itself is nice. Walking distance to most activities downtown.
All in all I think the biggest issue with this hotel is it seems like a huge money grab.
