"Beautiful hotel! Small problem with check-in that the staff handled well once brought up. Only Downside is the pool room air was "sauna like" which made it tough to sit and watch the kids. Had to sit by the entrance door with it open. 2 other parents joined us as they thought it was unbearable too."

"Very very upset. Paid almost $400 for a night stay here and our bedding had stiff stains on both beds, pillows and there was dirt or somethimg looking like dirt on one of the beds bedding also."

"Engineering addressed an issue with water temperature out of the bathroom faucet. Warm water coming out of faucet when handle was in cold position. Never completely fixed, I believe there are lines crossed somewhere in the system."

"They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park! Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice."
