Welcome to "The Boys of Summer Rental" ! Enjoy miles of unobstructed ocean views and a sandy beach right in your backyard. Relax on the huge covered porch with ocean breeze, watch dolphins, or boats pass by. The fully fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets. Just a 6-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery. Plus, you have direct beach access for endless coastal fun!
The space

Enjoy new flooring, fresh paint, and beautiful shiplap boards throughout this oceanfront gem. Inside, the spacious great room offers direct ocean views with no neighbors on either side—total privacy guaranteed.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals, complemented by a large ocean-view dining table seating 8 for memorable family gatherings. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves in the two front bedrooms.

The smart split floor plan means each side of the home has its own bathrooms. Sleep comfortably with 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Your stay includes sheets, towels, 3 TVs, a full-size washer and dryer, Netflix, and fast WiFi.

Step outside to a unique hot/cold outdoor shower by the ocean—listen to the waves as you rinse off.

Conveniently walk to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shops.

We allow 2 pets (up to 100 lbs).

Minimum stay: 3 days, except June through August when rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 7-day minimum.

Amazing view!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location, home, and view. If you are looking for a place that allows you to cook while listening to the ocean waves or bird watch while drinking your morning coffee…book now. Highly recommend this place.

Family Vacay

Very comfortable for our needs of 3 couples and 1 single adult, especially with having dogs. Missed having a grill for some of the meals planned. Great location!

Great pet-friendly beach house

We really enjoy that the property is right on the beach with a large deck that provides shade. Appreciated the deck updates (we were last there in 2019). The fenced-in feature is great for our dog. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful

Love at first sight. Really truly amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated. Sunrises and sunsets from the deck every day! We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Big Family Time

My sister and a lot of her family stayed at Pack House across the street and my baby sister, my neice and a friend of hers stayed at Boys of Summer. It was PERFECT!!! The beach deck is the most outstanding gathering point! We all loved every single second! Thanks for sharing your fabulous place!!

Relaxed!

This is a place that we will be returning to next year. When we walked inside it was amazing. The open concept and comfort was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The beach is right outside the deck. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Day at The Beach

Great location. Close to everything, beach, grocery store, souvenirs, restaurants. Rockers on the porch were awesome. Watched the waves, dolphins, migrating sea birds, stars and satellites for hours. Would rent again.

Amazing View!

Very clean house in a great location. Amazing sunset and sunrise views right from the deck! The fenced in area under the house was perfect for our dog. We had no issues with the public beach access being close by. Not having any immediate neighbors on either side (other than some neat driftwood sculptures :) ) made for a very peaceful stay. The sliding door to the back deck takes a little bit of effort to open and close, but not a big deal for us. We would absolutely return again!

Great View

Loved sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings watching the waves. Nice no one was right beside us. Very clean but older beach house, could feel give in the floor in some places. Had a nice time..

Quaint cottage with great view

Positives: great location with great views. Nice not to have neighbors to each side. Negatives: “Beach access” is public and runs directly against the side of the house so there is high foot traffic right next to the house all day and night. Emailed the owners and was told the access is public but folks shouldn’t be walking on property. Unfortunately the path of least resistance to walkers is on the property’s sidewalk and across the driveway as the town has not kept up with keeping the public access cleared to the street as it should be. We were surprised at times to see folks within feet of us in the yard as we were coming out of the outdoor shower and laundry room. Asking folks not to come onto the property was often met with rudeness so for our family’s safety we decided to be non confrontational. If the public path can be properly cleared and roped off from the property, it will give walkers a path away from the house. I really wish the public access were properly described in the listing and not so vague. We would not have rented this property if we had known that we would have random and sometimes rude folks continuously on the property and leaving their things at the access point. Also, the kitchen has barely enough utensils and tools to be called a well stocked kitchen. We made things work but for the $$ we paid, we expected a little more attention to details. Honestly, a little bit of attention to detail would have made this house much more hospitable and worth the rental price.
