"Unlike the advertised photos which show bright windows right nest to the bed, my room was a dark hole. Had a stayed more than two nights, I could see myself getting depressed here. And it was not quiet when you opened the windows, you heard the utility noise. The AC was loud and not very efficient."

"Amazing location and easily walkable to a whole plethora of activities and attractions. Central Park and 5th Avenue are within strides of leaving the front door. For an exceptional experience, I recommend taking a Park View room so you wake up to Central Park. Front of House team were nothing but exemplary answering any questions and check in / out easy. Luggage storage for also of assistance. Well maintained and clean premises throughout and in own rooms / bathrooms Highly recommend a stay. "

"Genuinely the staff was wonderful and the only reason I would consider going back. The front doorman was so helpful and kind to me and my friends and helped us get a flat rate taxi to the airport. Really loved the staff everyone was so accommodating and nice. Hotel wise it’s fine.. It’s a loud street, the carpet moves as you walk, and it’s a very small bathroom with a weird shower set up. Overall it was fine for the price plus you get 10% off at some of the restaurants near by."

"Did not meet our expectations compared to the photos of the property online. The room was very small and some areas were not well cleaned or well maintained, particularly in the bathroom. It’s an older building and the walls are very thin. We had planned to stay for four nights but checked out and switched to another hotel after two."
