"From the Chen in to the time we left it was great experience. They gave us a free upgrade to the 45th floor with great views.
Anyone was always friendly. We asked for a late check out at 3-330 and they were very accommodating.
Will be definitely staying here again"
"This is the first time I've had to pay a deposit—$100 per night for 3 nights, plus $585 for the stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, and there was a lamp right over the bed. The only positive thing is the location."
"I recently discovered this hotel in NYC. I have been going there for years and I am always unimpressed by the quality price ratio. This hotel is beautiful! High ceilings and very large rooms. Big beautiful Windows and modern. Very nice hardwood floors as well. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommended."
