"Appartement très bien situé, en tres bon état et tres propre. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Les 2 metros sont à 10/15min mais plusieurs bus passent à 5/10min. Little Venice accessible le long du canal à 30min à pied. Un grand Sainsbury est à 15 min à pied mais plein de superettes autour (dont un coast cutter)
Bien adapté pour 4 adultes, peut etre juste pour 6 (SdB petite et WC non séparés), et trop petit pour 8."

掃除は週一回のようですが、ゴミは毎日回収してくれました。タオルはお願いをすると、交換してくれました。
夕方以降、スタッフの方が不在の時もありましたが、概ね滞在していたので、何か困った時にもすぐにヘルプをしていただけました。
ベッドはとても寝心地がよく、快適です。
ソファベッドはかなり寝心地が悪いので、おすすめしません。"

"VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

"This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great!
It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood.
Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect!
We will for sure be back!!"
