"This is by far one of my favorite micro hotels. You must know going in these are small room rooms so for a solo traveler they’re perfect. I prefer a room with a window. Location is just a block from the tube station. Great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Staff is exceptional."

"This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly. Be aware that the rooms are predominantly walk ups. There is no elevator on the property. We had members of our party with mobility issues. While the staff was helpful in finding a first floor property for them, you must be aware and notify them in advance if you need accomodation."

"So the three stars are solely for the staff and good AC which is hard to come by, but in terms of the property - the high reviews are very misleading. My first room that I was given had no windows, a clogged sink, a broken shower head and the best part…an enormous image of a creepy doll as artwork over the closet staring at the bed. I did not book a room that had no windows or even atrium facing, but warning if you are choosing one of those rooms they are totally not worth the price at all you...
