"I can’t rate this hotel/apartment highly enough. I actually want to give it 1 star so that no one else stays here and it keeps its prices reasonable. This was my 5th time in New York and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in.
We stayed in a 1 bed apartment and it had everything we needed. The bathroom had everything we needed including soaps and a hair dryer. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and hob and lots of utensils. It even had a kettle so my mum could do her hot water...

"The property manager we were put in touch with was lovely, and I appreciate her responsiveness. Otherwise, some aspects of the stay were not ideal. We were stopped by other residents of the building on a few occassions and told that the unit was not a legal short-term rental (I have no idea if that is true or not), but it made us feel very uncomfortable. The check-in process was also a bit sub-par; I had asked the host if I could have the address in the morning of check-in so that I could...

"It was terribly loud. Not just the street noise but the HORRIBLY loud from the room above. We stayed a week and truly did not get one good night's sleep. It seemed that possibly someone was living above. We heard chairs dragging across the floor, constant walking (stomping) back and forth early in the morning and several nights until 1am. It was the worst experience we've had in a 'hotel' and we travel monthly."
