"This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations."

"The hotel manager has a terrible attitude, and I don’t understand why he’s a manager. My room was infested with ants, and my pillowcases were so dirty that they had stains on them. The air conditioning unit was filled with bugs, and the coffee maker was dirty. There was also a lot of dust in the room."

"Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room.
