"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay"

"The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge."

"Excellent suite in Bristol city centre. In the middle of shops and amenities yet quiet and spacious. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Difficult to fault the facility and the service from helpful staff online. Recommended."

"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."

"Willow Ridge is a fabulous country house perfectly situated just outside Bristol. From here you can explore the whole area easily including Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge caves, Bath, Glastonbury and Weston-super-mare and more. The host cannot do enough for you and makes you feel at home right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard with terrific views across the countryside. "What a lovely apartment - we wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfectly situated for my daughter's graduation, and with onsite parking and electric car charging, it couldn't have been more convenient for us."

"Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol."
