"Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!"

"I had ants in my room, the people above me were loud and the kids ran in the room almost the entire time. During the power outage, the emergency/generator lights in the one stairwell didn't work nor did the any in the parking lot. Very Disappointed."

"Airport shuttle was easy to find. My main issue is when i called the front desk 2 days prior about the shuttle I wasn't told that i needed to reserve the time I wanted to leave. When we got the hotel, the 4am time slot was full and we had to take the next shuttle. "

"It was a great location but the staff were not very helpful. No one advised us that there was no breakfast in the morning and the place could have used a good cleaning, the bathroom was not as clean as I thought it would be."

"There was a finger nail on the carpet on our room (ewwww) and they ran out of cookies! Parking is non-existent at this location other than valet. Outside of that, staff was friendly. Would stay again "
