"We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator."

"This house is very clean and spacious, it was extremely pleasant to stay in it, the children were delighted, and the adults too. Comfortable beds and thoughtful interior details. Good location."

"This is a great place to stay! It puts you close enough to the beach, but without most of the traffic. There’s plenty of shops in case you forgot something. Overall, my friends and I had a great time; would probably stay again."

"A neat, reasonably priced property in a great location with direct access to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to communications, the rooms were clean, and our family had a wonderful stay.A few things to note:The master bedroom mattress was very firm and a little hard on mine and my husband's backs, and we had pressure point aches most mornings. "I’m excited for the new things this property has coming. Matt is working on upgrading this space and I think it’s going to get better every weekend. It was a quiet and nice space to stay at night. The mini fridge and microwave were super handy."

"We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway at this beautiful Sandbridge Beach home! The home was immaculately maintained & tastefully decorated, creating a serene, welcoming ambiance. Beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! Fully stocked with a fantastic array of everything needed. The covered 2nd floor patio facing the beach became our favorite--sunrise coffee was a highlight! One very minor hiccup: the pickleball net was broken. The abundance of games & puzzles...

"Loved this house!! Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was the house was FREEZING when we arrived and we could never seem to regulate the temperature all week. The number pad for entry was a tad challenging but we figured it out"

"Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch.
