"We liked the location of the Avani. Rooftop bar and restaurants were quite good. Our two issues, although they appear insignificant, did matter. We requested a 2nd luggage rack for our suitcase, only to be told we had to “make one”? Bottom line, no luggage racks available. So if you are two people in one room, it is a bit awkward. As for our other issue, some concierge are more knowledgeable than others. Birt, was exceptional. "

"We stayed in a family suite and loved everything about our stay. The suite was huge and immaculate with amazing views of the city, and we felt incredibly well looked after. The boat service is a real highlight and using the river to get around was a game changer as a family with young children.
