"We stayed here for 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very well kept, with air-con, water bottles and a cool bar downstairs. Location is amazing, everything is at a walkable distance- riverside, lots of markets and Khao San road. It felt very safe to stay here- we would definitely recommend :)"

"My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. "The staff was incredible. Sai was lovely 😍 and her team were super helpful. I asked her for a good rooftop recommendation and she was on point. The hotel was clean and updated with a nice fitness facility and pool area. This hotel is walking distance to whatever you're looking for and has a nice shuttle that can take you to the mall which is very close. "There were no VIP benefits available. The only issue I had was trying to contact them for a shuttle from the airport to hotel. On the flip side they was already there waiting for me. In other words if you stay here, just relax, the staff will take care of you. Definitely stay here again when I come back. "

"Everything was very good. It's definitely as close to a 10/10 as one could hope. I want to give shoutout to the extremely friendly staff. Very nice just to chat a bit with the one girl sometimes.
