"Loved it there"

"I would have given this property a 5 star review except for one thing; the TV. It wasn't a 'smart tv' where I could have logged into my own Netflix and Prime memberships. There were fixed channels and only 3 in English that showed the same thing for days."

"location and staff very helpful"

"The hotel is as located near restaurants and the mall iconsiam. The breakfast was good but you have to purchase it. There is a great breakfast spot nearby with really good prices so if you can eat out it’s best."

"Excellent property, exceptionally clean and the staff and food was also exceptional. The only complaint is that there are windows in the buffet dining room that face a "slum" looking area with a TON of trash/garbage and a pond that looks like it contains slimy sewage water, to eat your meal while looking at that was disgusting and made me lose my appetite, we asked to be moved and was moved immediately."

"I really enjoyed it. 7-Eleven is very convenient."

"Decent location, but tiny rooms"

"Everything was perfect. Only problem was the pillows were extremely small."

"It’s a 4-5 stars for me berthing was great but it’s older and the TVs don’t have Netflix which is very annoying for an expensive hotel. Furthermore the shower kept going from Hot to cold hot to cold. Which was very annoying again for the price of this."

"Clean room"

"Nice hotel, clean spaces and friendly staff. The area next to the pool is under construction and was a bit distracting. Rooftop restaurant Seen had amazing views but the food was not at all worth the price."
