On the not so good is the hassle of not being able to park in front of the hotel, so if you're traveling with lots of luggage and kids, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. One staff member at check in was very rude and unable to explain inconsistencies in pricing, which is why we would not return to this place and also...

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away. "Unfortunately we had no shower gel and the hot water was Luke warm in the shower on the first morning. Once we spoke to reception this was rectified. The only thing we were disappointed with was our rooms weren’t cleaned with beds made for the time we stayed. The sofa bed in the first room was cleaned with the bed made however the main bedroom and bathroom was left. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and many restaurants. "
