Im Zimmer war alles was man braucht und die Fenster waren super dicht, man hörte gar nichts von der Strasse. Das Personal war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. "

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

Breakfast had a buffet option that was self serve as well as hot breakfast to order that was very good as well. It was right next to a public transit stop that takes you to old town Innsbruck. It’s also across the street from a beautiful park and the river. If I get the chance to go back, I will only stay at this place. "

"Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. "Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station and a mall including a grocery store. Rooms are lovely with gorgeous big windows showing the mountains and AC was perfect. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I do have to say the pillows were awful offer no support whatsoever. Did have an issue with housekeeping where personal items were moved (I.e clothes were put into my open luggage from a chair, medication also put into the luggage, and toothbrush being...
