Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Our room, whilst small, made good use of the space. Close to public transport, which if you stay 2 or more nights is free with a tourist card issued by the hotel. Patio is lovely and the garden looked peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately it was too wet during our stay to enjoy it. "

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"This place was amazing. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and was very clean. Breakfast had a buffet option that was self serve as well as hot breakfast to order that was very good as well. It was right next to a public transit stop that takes you to old town Innsbruck. It’s also across the street from a beautiful park and the river. If I get the chance to go back, I will only stay at this place. "

"Great location only a few minutes walk to the train station and a mall including a grocery store. Rooms are lovely with gorgeous big windows showing the mountains and AC was perfect. Also had an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I do have to say the pillows were awful offer no support whatsoever. Did have an issue with housekeeping where personal items were moved (I.e clothes were put into my open luggage from a chair, medication also put into the luggage, and toothbrush being...

"Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me."
