The modern 2-bedroom apartment in a historic city villa with 72 sqm (floor area 120 sqm), located in a central, quiet, city and beach location. A sleeping living room, a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance area (hallway) are located in the attic, 2. Floor. These include the Theater in the City, Neustädter Kulturmatinee, ZeiTTor and Cap Arcona Museum, Gut Hasselburg, the Neustadt Music Summer and Art Kilometers at the Stadthafen. In addition to the historic old town with a varied gastronomy and a weekly weekly market on the market square, the port has a particular image of the city, which includes the two Baltic Sea baths Pelzerhaken and Rettin. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Neustadt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
