"Room was mostly clean- bug in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, bed. The floor was disgusting, coverlet old with no actual blanket but the most agrevating thing was the lack of coffee with my in room coffee maker, and the pathetic "continental breakfast" bananas, a few bagels, white bread. Jelly and cream cheese provided. I would have gone somewhere else if this is what I had expected."

"expedia staff and hotel staff including management is useless. hotel has not returned my deposit yet been over 1 month. they told me will be back within 2 weeks. on top $135 unaccounted charge on my card with no explanation. no one picks call no one respond to my email. i even emailed their general manager and reservation staff. no response."

"They only clean half way not entirely , they come to make the beds but don't collect trash which leads to my next issue because I don't mind cleaning up after myself No trash can in our room. Food spoiled because fridge didn't want even though it was pulled up. Iron was missing and when asked if they can bring one no one ever did. Cracks in the ceilings unnoticeable at first. Biggest one of all no batteries in the smoke detector and I only know this because it fell off the wall and almost hit...
