DON’T get ROOM #102
Arrived Saturday April 18 for a stay after a party. Upon late arrival, the sink faucet handle was broken.
Left and came back to sleep at 1.30am to be woken up around 6am due to intense noise on adjacent room.
Called front desk at 7am to be told I was next to the kitchen, ‘how would I know that’? But was told was to communicate with him (at the kitchen) to be quiet.
On Sunday around 10am talked to Ali at front desk expressing my frustration due to constant loud noise as this room didn’t meet decibel requirements for a place to sleep (it was louder than a vacuum cleaner running).
She stated it was going to run it by manager to see what could be done. After, she generously offered a full refund but hasn’t happened yet.
I Thought that was a very generous offer, but now I feel fooled as not refund has been given.
