"The staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to up in the night when I ordered food and the delivery person dropped it off at the other end of the property they help find my food and also helped me with an item I needed to use and brought back to them. However I’m yet to receive my deposit I made when I check in."

"Loved the location at the Seaport. The staff was helpful in choosing restaurants. They helped me get a great running trail. When it was raining the doorman was great and got me an umbrella before leaving.
Breakfast was a good value and tasted good. Cleaning staff was courteous and did a great job.
I would for sure come back!"

"YOTEL seems to be geared more toward a techie traveler. No amenities such as a microwave or coffee so we had to get out every morning before showers etc to walk a couple of blocks for coffee. The rooms are tiny, and the bed was really uncomfortable. No fan in the bathroom area that is only separated from the bed by a curtain. Self check in and out was easy. It is located almost next door to a stop for the T."

I was able to stay in a queen room with a bathroom in the room as well as a king room with a bathroom down the hall.
