"The house is really lovely! We enjoyed staying there so much and the owners were so accommodating and friendly! Staying there reminded me of staying at my grandma and grandpas farmhouse when i was a little girl. Its so special my kids could have a taste of those types of experience like climbing up those stairs, the secret nooks and catching lightning bugs in the evening. It was a perfect location for us too! We hope we can stay here again sometime!"

"We had a wonderful time here. We stayed here to "unplug" and refresh and it was the perfect place to do so! Comfortable, very clean, with personal touches down to the snacks provided- all made for a stay we will be back for!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and accommodating! We ate our meals on the beautiful deck every day and enjoyed the beautiful view! The fire pit was wonderful to have fires at every night! We loved Kim the property manager very nice and easy to get ahold of! Tom the owner was very gracious and a great communicator as well! We definitely recommend 10/10"

"ReviewReturning to my home town to see family and friends, we found this space to be idyllic, tranquil, a wonderful retreat from the big city. This place was perfect for us, from the deck you can watch the horses graze and the calves frolic as the birds and bugs join in a chorus and your stress just melts away. It’s not a big place but it’s wonderfully laid out with all the basics you might need. And it had the best seating we’ve found in this size of vacation rental. "

"We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. "

"Everything was as described. From check in to check out. We had a few question prior to booking, that were answered promptly. And we had a problem with a door while we were there and it was taken care of that day. Cottage had everything we needed. Lake was good for our grandkids and fishing was good for the fisherman. Very good people to rent from. Thank you again for making our stay good. "

"Everything was perfect for our stay! Easy check-in and check-out process. The property was exceptionally clean. The use of the cornhole, kayaks and paddle boat made for a great time for the whole family. The use of the gazebo for relaxation was the highlight of the stay. Great sunsets! Nothing negative about the stay!"

"This home has it all. We never left the property for the 4 days we were there. Very clean, plenty of towels, linens, both upstairs and downstairs kitchens had everything you would need for cooking. The rental had plenty of spices and condiments for items that we forgot to bring. Access across all three levels of the home was easy, especially to access the lower level (you could drive to the lower level to unload or load). Plenty of parking. We can't say enough about the games and...

"This is our 3rd year staying in this cottage and it is just right for our family of four. There is nothing fancy but all is just right. Super communication back and forth with the host. Thanks so much!!"

"We really enjoyed spending time at the lake. The house appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean. Check in was easy and the neighbors were welcoming. Always enjoy being on the lake. "
