"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. "Very cute - right on the Lake- gorgeous views- ICE machine in the Lobby. Swimming pool was gorgeous! Very walk able- little train travels around the village- great for orientation. There is a local bus that will take you from the train station- CABS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE- english speaking- Do not expect a normal wine pour-😢😢-2 fingers of wine is 15$- buy a bottle instead. High end shopping in the vicinity. Women alone diners are second class- Do not let them rush you. 😡"
