"The four nights we have stayed in the mid night, they were some drunkers, homeless, or strange people were yelling and shouting at out side of building. We were waking up caused by those big noises from the neighborhood."

"Located near the main train station, thus not the best area, but safe and walking distance to the old town. Hotel itself is great, but the staff and management were even better, very caring and accommodative when we had a maintenance issue with the plumbing."

"バスタブもあり朝食も最高！ 宿泊日は雨が降って寒かったのですが、駅から近くて助かりました。 羽田より早朝に到着したのですが、まさかの列車が運休だとホームで知り、色んな方に助けていただき、やっとの思いで到着したのは、10時前でしたが、チェックインもできてホテルの方には感謝です。バスタブもあって旅の疲れ（まだ初日ですが）を癒すこともできました。 コンセントはヨーロッパタイプでした。USBポートはありません。 お部屋は清潔でパーフェクトでした！ 朝食ブッフェはとても種類も豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。白ソーセージも食べれて大満足でした！ 本当にありがとうございました。"

"Beautifully maintained, super helpful staff, use of umbrellas when it was rainy. The only thing was my room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived and we were not notified when it was ready - we kept messaging and no response but finally we just showed back up well after check in time and it had been ..."
