"I love everything about my stay at this hotel. It was close to pretty much every attraction. The mall, Macy's, Times square, Madison square garden and a lot more all within walkable distance. "Outstanding hotel. Had a five night stay just before Christmas We were welcomed with a drink of complimentary champagne. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room had everything anyone should need and was exceptionally clean upon welcome and over the course of our stay, We were a two minute walk away from MSG, Times Square around 15 minutes walk away, there was a subway around the corner too for anything further out. "My wife and I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months when we visit NYC. Marvin (General Manager) and his entire team are fabulous. They are so nice to their customers, offer advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc., and they work to get guests into very nice rooms quickly. "Our room was great!!! The bathroom was huge!!! Bed was very comfortable. TV had great channel choices. We also utilized the bar upstairs, and the bartender and drinks were great. The location was also fantastic, literally steps from Times Square. Parking was easy, across the street from the hotel. We parked and didn’t need to move it until end of stay. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in NYC. "

"Everything was great, the only thing was we asked for 2 rooms next to each other and got 2 rooms on 2 different floors. It was fine though. I loved the location, walkable to everything we needed and quiet enough that you didn’t get stomped on when you walked outside. Loved It, highly recommended."
