"When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

"Pool and hot tub that they advertise has been broken for years according to front desk. Property was clean, but was very dated and had a lot of burn holes and marks in the curtains and carpets, and the bed was way too soft. Better hotels in the area for only a few bucks more."

"Room was clean and well-prepared. Unfortuntaley the ventilation blows a stream of air across the head of the bed. Finally, while the room itself was perfectly clean, the air vent was disgusting ... clean throughly or replace.Suggestion : most hotels now add a grab-bar inside the shower ... it would be an added safety feature"

The room was a bit older but maintained very well, sparkling clean and all the electronics were newer and in great condition.
Would definitely come back to this property!"

"Clean spacious room with a king bed. Toiletries were good quality. Staff very friendly and quick service. Room fridge wasn’t very cold unfortunately and no obvious temp control so I could not adjust it.
Fitness equipment was much better than my last visit 6 months or so ago which was very nice to use. All in all would stay again"

"The breakfast menu was good. It was great that you can get something to eat at 6am for people who want to check out early because they have a long trip home.
The rooms are very clean. If you need fresh towels the staff brought them right away.
I would stay there again. "

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."
