"The location was satisfactory, and the staff provided excellent service, particularly the room attendant. However, the absence of a suitcase stand in the room necessitated placing luggage on the floor. Guests may wish to consider bringing their own shampoo and conditioner."

"For a hotel of this caliber, I could not understand the lack of doormen to open the heavy and cumbersome doors at the main entrance. This also made getting the luggage through the revolving door very difficult as there were no staff to help anywhere. The historic nature of the building also precludes ..."

Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
"The hotel and rooms are very nice, super clean and well maintained! Very comfy beds and the AC was amazing and it was a heat wave when we visited. The only things I will mention being downsides is the pool is very small (casino is huge though if you like gambling - but the machines don’t pay lol), ..."
