"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. "The rooms are very very very dated and the photos on website does not reflect the actual state due to clever photography. I booked 3 rooms for buinsness and one of the rooms was not cleaned. It was changed for another room but that room did not have hot water. Reception was locked when we got back and you only could get the tea and coffee for the room from reception. The kettle in one of the rooms did not work very well and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. After a long day of travelling...

"The room was simple but practical, nice and clean. Though there is no reception, it was easy to reach the hotel and arrange check in. The communication was very good, friendly and clear. The location is ideal as the hotel is close to the main attractions of the town. "
