The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. "The room was adequate but a bit pricey for what you get on the plus side it has quality mattress and bedding. I appreciated the extra pillows and the handy ice machine. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast coupons didn’t cover much in the adjacent restaurant which didn’t have great food."

"We stayed at Hyatt Kelowna for 3 nights and extended an extra night. Honestly the hotel is very clean with great amenities. I would definitely choose Hyatt again and again for every Kelowna visit."

"We we just needed a place to stay while on the road and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean carpet probably could've used a bit of Spot treatment and we didn't have time for the breakfast, but the staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room a little bit early, so that was always nice."

We (family of 4) stayed for 1 night and booked the hotel because “pool” was listed as one of the amenities, but we were disappointed to find out that it was closed. We paid $250 for the one night which seems very high considering they knew the pool was closed but chose not to disclose that until after the fact. The breakfast was nice and overall the stay was good but it was overpriced for what they advertise."

"People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"
