"Everything seemed to be a hassle at this hotel. We really didn't feel welcomed. Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The main reception area was hard to find and has extremely poor lighting. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. It was difficult carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. This has made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned, particularly the bed and bedding, before my arrival. It has left me concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and the care taken in preparing the room for new guests."

"Great location with reasonable price. Rooms were small but very clean and what do you need a big room for when you’re out and about in a new city! The beds and pillows were too soft for my taste but that’s a preference thing and not an issue with the hotel. Definitely would stay there again."

"The room was adequate but a bit pricey for what you get on the plus side it has quality mattress and bedding. I appreciated the extra pillows and the handy ice machine. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast coupons didn’t cover much in the adjacent restaurant which didn’t have great food."

"We stayed at Hyatt Kelowna for 3 nights and extended an extra night. Honestly the hotel is very clean with great amenities. I would definitely choose Hyatt again and again for every Kelowna visit."

"We we just needed a place to stay while on the road and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean carpet probably could've used a bit of Spot treatment and we didn't have time for the breakfast, but the staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room a little bit early, so that was always nice."
