"The staff was very accommodating. The first room they gave us had a very strong, unpleasant odor — truly awful. To their credit, they moved us and gave us an upgrade, which we appreciated.
However, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle, and it was already full when we arrived, so that did not work for us at all.
The beds were comfortable, but the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I understand this is an airport hotel, but cleanliness should still be a...
