"receptionist are friendly. 6 minutes from geneva airport. but air conditioning was the worse experience, you only hear the sound of it but not cold at all. room is not very clean."

"This hotel shuttle and condition of the property was perfect! The hotel is about a 10 min shuttle ride from the airport/airport train station. We stayed here when flying both at the begging and close of our journey in Switzerland. It utilizes the same shuttle as Intercity Hotels. This is a basic hotel. Clean, nice shower. Breakfast is offered for a fee, but we did not experience this. Cons: pillows were not great. Too big and lumpy."

"The hotel is missing a bell boy. You arrive tired from the airport and there is no one that can help."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"I prepaid for 3 family friends to stay at the hotel because their flight was cancelled. I sent them with all the correspondence from Expedia so there wouldn’t be an issue. It took forever for them to check in and get their rooms. They needed up talking with several people and finally got their rooms after more than an hour."

"Tiny room at end of corridor but ticked all the boxes. Clean, white linen and comfortable bed. Free wifi in room. This is in a separate building from the main hotel where you have to go for Reception and the bar and restaurant. I didn't ate at the hotel so can't review though like most places in Geneva it was expensive. There are petrol stations with small supermarkets and an Aldi nearby and a large malls short bus ride away. I was going to a concert near the airport so wanted to stay close...

"We stayed here before our early morning flight out of Geneva. The room was already setup for our family of four which was great as we arrived late in the evening. We then walked to the airport which was doable. We didn't use any of the amenities but we will come back if we need to fly out of Geneva."
