"Rebekka was extremely helpful! First time we used a hotel without concierge and she had made the whole experience seamless, with great customer service and amazing recommendations. Big thank you again Rebekka for all of your support :)"

"Location/Staff/BFast was good But Room pics when booked were not the same when checked in!! The bathroom was a translucent glass structure placed within the room and A Small Sink was outside the bathroom structure If I’d known how the Room was set up/structured I would Not stay there even though location and staff were good"

"Great location. Room was small but clean, comfortable bed, nice flat-screen TV with local and international channels, breakfast was pretty good at 18 CHF. Last night I had someone above me walking loudly between 3-4 AM, requiring earplugs. Nice to have window for fresh air."

"The location was good but the room was pretty small and basic. The bathroom was about the same size as an airplane bathroom, but with a shower. You were actually IN the bathroom when you first entered the room and it was so small you couldn’t open the door all the way because it would hit the toilet. Cute. The bedding didn’t smell clean and it was noisy outside even at 3-4 am, but they did provide earplugs."

"I had no electricity adapter for Switzerland, but the reception staff kindly lent me one overnight. Well-maintained property close to the airport."

"位置佳，服务好。房间舒适。感觉很有档次！"

"Well-maintained hotel. Shower was badly designed, led to flooding."

"We absolutely enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. It was ideally located close to the rental car return and the train station. The room was bright and of a good size. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Sauna was horrible as 2 men was naked in there and they were having sex. They came out the shower naked also. This is not what I would expect and it makes me feel so uncomfortable.i wish no one else feels how I do."

"Excelente ubicación y servicio"

"Central location. 12 minutes from the train station. Front desk check-in was a bit clumsy - misplacing our reservations - but the upgrade to an executive suite made up for it!"

"2 min free hotel shuttle. Bus 205 takes you to UN and downtown. Stop is Bel Air. 20 min. By bus. Take the lake 50 min cruise. Covered by Swiss pass."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, the roo.s were excellent."

"Clean"

"Central location, well connected to public transport. Very clean and well kept."
