"The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm."

"The walls at this hotel transmit way too much sound between rooms. The person in the room next to me was the flu and her coughing/vomiting sounded as though she is IN my room with me. The person above me would use the toilet in the middle of the night and I actually thought someone was in MY bathroom!"

"Situated on a hill overlooking the mountains and Lake Geneva, the castle is a beautiful property. The restaurant options were limited, but the preparation and presentation were excellent. Our waiter was outstanding, but some of the wait staff were not as attentive as we would have expected for the quality of the property."

"Staff was helpful. Arrived late and went directly to bed after cleaning up. Room was alittle warm even when setting theramast on highest setting for cooling. They did send a person from the desk up to check but not anyone to fix it. Appreciated the shuttle to airport and close proximity to the airport."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"Tiny room at end of corridor but ticked all the boxes. Clean, white linen and comfortable bed. Free wifi in room. This is in a separate building from the main hotel where you have to go for Reception and the bar and restaurant. I didn't ate at the hotel so can't review though like most places in Geneva it was expensive. There are petrol stations with small supermarkets and an Aldi nearby and a large malls short bus ride away. I was going to a concert near the airport so wanted to stay close...
