Coarse management, Amin, the staff was more mature and helpful than the manager herself. Very poorly managed location because the manager does not know what goes on behind her back with some of the staff members, but instead of looking into it, she is quick to blame the customers. We had no choice but book and pay for an extra room just for one family member (party of 3 people in total), but worse part is not even this, it is that we were approached as if we had commited a crime by booking 1 room for 3 people, manager was not kind enough to explain normally at all. Nobody had enough common sense to explain nicely that some protocols may be different in Europe, they expect you to already know otherwise they start fighting. Shower water control does not work; it is either burning hot to the point of burns or ice cold. Plaque inside bathroom states they carry all kinds of toiletries in case you forget yours, but no matter what I asked for, they didn't have it. Shuttle was supposed to run every 20 minutes but definitely did not, we either walked back ourselves most of the time or waited for more than 20 minutes, while other shuttles belonging to nearby hotels went by at least 3-4 times - which was a telling sign there is better options. Please read all google reviews before booking and save yourself the harassment and disrespect. There is SO many other IHG and prestigious hotels near the airport and same distance to the airport and everything. Please research carefully.
