"We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend...

"The overall stay in the house was great. Very spacious and close to all the essentials and restaurants. Neighbors will call and complain if any issues which we did not give any. We were a bit loud the first night but did not realize the noise ordinace. Would highly rwccomend it except for the noise ordinance, because you know when its your b day youbhave to party.Overall thank you for the hospitality and would definitely do it again."

"Excellent location to downtown clean and well stocked, but when the AC went out, we had some issues with communication. Once we were able to communicate with the property owner, she did handle things as well as possible."

"We were the parents of the groom and loved our stay in Savannah in this apartment located across the street from Forsyth Park. Location wonderful! I left my prescription sunglasses and jewelry and the owner located them sent them, quickly back to me at no cost. Will rent this place again and completely trust owner!"

"We enjoyed that we were equal distance from the Riverfront, but also close to the other parts of the Historic District. If we wanted to get something to eat, then we had a large variety of choices within walking distance. The suite was very clean and very accommodating for my family and I. The only complaint I had was the staircase. I honestly felt like I was repelling down a skyscraper every time I attempted to walk down the steps because they were so short and slanted. Also, the dishwasher...

"We stayed here for a family vacation and had a lovely time. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun in the heated pool. We walked to the park and ran to the riverfront. House was very well appointed and had everything we needed."

"We absolutely loved this little cottage. We visit Savannah often and decided to give this cottage a try and so glad we did. This was perfect and so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again."

"I stayed for 4 days while working in Savannah. The apartment was exactly as described. The instructions were right on and helpful. My trip got extended and I wanted to stay in the apartment but it was booked...bummer. The location is quiet and convenient. The garage parking was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a lovely visit in Savannah for our son's graduation ceremony from SCAD. The pictures are accurate, and the unit was spotless. All instructions were very clear. On street parking was never an issue, we are very familiar with the area since our kids lived on Jones Street. Just be mindful of the street cleaning days. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is great, easy access to many areas. We would stay again and highligh recommend!"
