The moment you walk in, you will be impressed with the dramatic high ceilings, light and space as well as the one of the best outdoor offerings available in the holiday rental space. Generously proportioned and immaculately presented spaces throughout, this home exudes comfort and style with a soothing minimalist vibe. The neutral palette of crisp white with blonde timbers conveys a cool calm contemporary aesthetic throughout, with outstanding craftsmanship demonstrated in the custom-built home, exceptional finishes, and carefully thought-out details abound in this new home, within calm green surrounds, the very essence of understated luxury.

There is abundantly generous accommodation with five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and three living areas over two levels.

Downstairs offers a formal living space for reading your favourite novel in peace, a well thought out guest room with ensuite and walk in robe (perfect for family or guests), a gourmet kitchen/ living/ dining area with soaring high ceilings which incorporates a practical and luxuriously appointed kitchen and butler's pantry and the adjoining generously proportioned covered entertainment deck with servery window, Weber BBQ and overlooking a huge heated pool and spa with cabana as well as a spring free trampoline, funky monkey bars, fire pit area and half court, basketball court, outdoor shower and stunning garden setting.

Upstairs offers 4 large bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a third living space that’s an ideal teenager’s retreat.

Features include solar heated pool, gas heated spa, ample parking off street, fully fenced yard, ducted heating and evaporative cooling, Nespresso pod machine, 12 seater alfresco dining table and so much more.

Ideally located moments to Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club and the Sorrento’s finest bay beach, just a short three-minute drive, or a twenty-minute stroll to Sorrento Township. Vanora is centrally located to all things Sorrento including the cafes, restaurants, and shopping delights of Ocean Beach Road.
