Main Living Area: 1x Fold out sofa bed (Sleeps 1)
You are provided with all linen and towels. The sofa bed has sheets, pillows, and a sleeping bag.
There is a portacot; please BYO linen.
KEYS
Keys can be collected from the Collingwood convenience store at 76 Smith St, Collingwood. The store is an 8-minute walk from the home or a 5-minute drive (700 meters away) from the home.
Opening hours:
Mon - Wed : 10am - 12am (midnight)
Thu : 10am - 5:30am
Fri : 10:30am - 5:30am
Sat : 10:30am - 5am
Sun : 10am - 3am
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
Your unique code for collection is 414405. Just quote this to the store person and advise that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
If you want to return keys outside of these hours, there is a mailbox outside the shop where you can leave the keys (if the shop is not open).
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
