"Perfect for a short stay for 2 people. Check in process could be a challenge for single person with a car as you would have to park elsewhere to get keys to garage. Listed as "free parking" but parking fee of $50 was included in overall price, bit deceptive but still better than negotiating parking in the cbd. Appreciated the place was quiet considering the location. Would happily stay again."

"We had an amazing stay with a beautiful city view. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks, which was absolutely incredible. KozyGuru provided efficient and responsive service—when the ironing board was missing and the vacuum wasn’t working, they sent replacements the very next day. We really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, close to Melbourne Central, great cafés, and public transport."

"Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city. The apartment itself is a one bedroom with sofabed which was a little squishy for a family of 5 but we really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the facilities like the pool, spa, gym...

"Love the Luxuria apartments, this being the second time I've stayed. The couch and bed is comfortable, the apartment is in a great location for getting around the CBD and out to suburbs via public transport. Always spotless, well with the kitchen and pantry having a variety of equipment for cooking for yourself. Close to Cole's and Woolworths Metro plus some smaller IGA and convenience stores. "

"Overall pleasant stay, conveniently Located. Checkin and checkout was seamless , early checkin now allowed since third party involved for key pickup 1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out. "Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. "
