Step inside Mr Gipps and find a generous space complete with modern facilities. Cook up a storm with a fully equipped kitchen or create an al fresco feast with the BBQ out on the balcony. Coffee machine for your convenience for those early mornings as you take in Melbourne's skyline.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones

The Best Melbourne Views

This bright, spacious, clean and modern apartment offers beautiful views of the Melbourne skyline. Step onto the deck most mornings to watch the colorful hot air balloons with your Magic coffee and breakfast sandwich from Loosie Grind, which is steps away. Each evening, experience the magical fruit bats as they head out from their home on the Yarra River. Then take your pick of easily accessible transport to quickly get to Brunswick or Smith Street, or further into the City. Sleep each night in a quiet room and comfortable bed. Can't wait till our next visit.
