Welcome to our cozy and modern one-bedroom apartment in the heart of South Yarra. Enjoy a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Just steps away from Chapel Street's shopping and dining. Check out Prahran Market and the Royal Botanic Gardens nearby. Nightlife options like Revolver Upstairs and Emerson Rooftop are also close. Experience South Yarra's best!

We're available for contact through the VRBO chat. I am happy to give any recommendations or answer any questions. We also respect your privacy, so if you would like to just enjoy your stay on your own, we have no problem with that too!

The best form of communication is via the VRBO chat and we will respond to you as soon as possible. The phone number attached to our account is strictly for emergencies. This number attached to our account is answered by our property manager and he can help you with any issues with keys or access to the apartment. But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.

Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering that would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.

Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken. Please treat our home as if it were your own :)
