"Perfect vacation getaway. Spring across the river was like a hideaway serenity. Host was very responsive at all time. Check in was smooth as can be. I wouldve like having a tv in the bedroom as i am a white noise sleeper but thats the only thing i would change. "

"Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! "

"My husband and I wanted to get away from work and traffic and reconnect with nature. This cabin was perfect! While there was plenty of space to bring more family with us it was also just perfect for us and our sweet dog. We felt right at home! The location is perfect… centrally located to so many beautiful springs. The swing on the deck was perfect for evening wind downs and morning coffee. "The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Cabin was clean and well equipped. The property was beautiful, the wildlife abundant as the deer,birds and owls welcomed me to their sanctuary. My soul still smiles..............."

"We needed a place to stop on our drive to South Florida with a kitchen. I was able to cook for myself, we slept well, it's a quiet area, but close to town so my family was able to eat at a good restaurant, The Gathering. The kids enjoyed the arcade, too."

"The property was super clean and well furnished. The boat ramp and dock was very convenient to have. The property manager was awesome, informative and very responsive. Great location to restaurants and marina. Great property to visit!"
