"Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing."

Im Zimmer alle Infos die man braucht über QR Code leicht zu finden. Umgebung mit Snacks, Restaurants, Supermarkt gut zur Selbstversorgung. Mit den Öffentlichen gut zu erreichen. Von Russel Square keine 5min entfernt. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt"

"After some initial hiccups, Stefania, the manager, put everything right. We were upgraded to a premium suite and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The location is SUPERB. Totally central - we walked EVERYWHERE and yet it's on a tranquil street just steps from Covent Garden. Absolutely unimpeachable location. The staff were outstanding. We had some initial issues but they were sorted out with the utmost care for our needs, and overall everyone did an amazing job...

"This is a relatively small hotel in a good location handy for Kings Cross. But the thing that sets it apart is the attention to detail. My room was adequate sized with a little kitchen which was a surprise, but it was fitted with a great little fridge, great coffee machine and even had freshly make cucumber sandwiches on arrival. I don’t know if this is what happens for everybody, but I was also given a little gift from Tottenham and Masons as a welcome to the hotel. The room is really well...
