"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"No beach view from our suite, but it was clean and the staff were great and helpful and friendly. They let us check in almost two hours early because we arrived at 7am!
The room only has one garbage can in the bathroom and no glasses or cups for brushing teeth, also no coffee machine (for those of you who love your morning coffee!), but does have a hair dryer and iron. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away.
I found San Juan very expensive and will never return, but this...

"Perfect stay! Convenient for those on the prowl for a night life. Right next to La Placita. We didn’t have any issues sleeping. It felt very sound proof. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking could be a bit tough but doable, just got to make your rounds around the neighborhood and you’ll find something."

"Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. "

"There was a lot to do close by. The building is fine and the rooms are fine. Our room had a broken AC and it was incredibly hot, when speaking with a staff they said they knew, which made me angry they didn't disclose this information. They put 2 fans in our room, which is how we already knew they knew about this issue. Our friends rooms did not have any fans and working AC. The hotel did refund, but it made for a long HOT night after a full day of travel.

"I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone."

"The room was well taken care of in a decent location, the on site parking was super convenient as well! My favorite part of the stay was the staff members, they were so incredibly nice and helpful. Any interaction we had, they were eager to help and give recommendations on things to do around the area! I also loved that they had beach necessities like towels and lotions to borrow! Next visit I would absolutely stay at this property again!"

In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room.
