Check-in - Front desk staff was absent at published peak check in time. Lobby wasnt open from front entrance, had to be let in to the lobby to check in by other guests. There was a pile of luggage left by other guests attempting to check in and nobody's rooms were ready. When the front desk attendant finally arrived and checked people in he advised the only rules were check out time was 11 am, the in room safes do not work, lost keys $150 fee, smoking $300 fee and had us sign forms with out going over any of the other house rules your signature agreeed to.
Amenities - The website said the pool closed at 9pm. We were not checked in until 445pm, after traveling all day we quickly showered and went to eat. Returning to the hotel about 730pm and looking forward to a dip in the beautiful pool, which was the reason we booked this hotel, and found it was closed for the day. The website says the pool closes at 9pm, the posted signs say the pool closed at 6pm.
Services - the wesite says there is breakfast available on site. There is not, there is a restaurant at their sister property down the street which is whwere the staff can be found when bit at this property.
Additional - there was a couple in the lobby attempting to check out around 7pm. They said there room accommodations were unacceptable, dark and dirty, and they were unable to reach anyone at this property or the property down the street
