"The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay."

"Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it. TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money."

"The staff was super friendly. Joe at the front desk was so nice but really everyone was from the breakfast lady to the cleaning crew. Just couldn’t have been nicer. And it was all clean and kept well"

"Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in....

"My daughter checked in her room at 2pm the bedroom and shower was never cleaned. It’s 120pm the following day and the room has not been cleaned from the previous guest"

"The room was dirty. It had roaches poop still in the toilet. It had food left in the fridge over from the last guest previous. I will never come back to this hotel"
