"We are a family of three and had a big room. The room was clean, wood/laminat floors, very clean bathroom with hand soap, lotion, shampoo, balsam and shower gel. A resepsjonist spoke English very well and came with recommendations about restaurants. She marked everything on a map."

"The front desk staff was very gracious, polite, friendly, and efficient. Both Maria, who I believe is the manager and Kim were wonderful to deal with at check in, This hotel is both beautiful and extremely well located on the edge of the old town… I chose the room rate to include breakfast, which I would highly recommend… I am 55 years old and it is the most beautiful breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life, complete with every choice you can think of, including exotic fruits from around...

"We had en excellent stay arriving with train, the hotel is close to the station. Earlier checkin than 4 was not negotiable but we enjoyed the town meanwhile and when we got the room our expectations were overall succeeded. Great bed and linen, spacious room and great view of the city and mountains. The spa was also nice and the rooftop bar had a great vibe and we had dinner there as well, very helpful staff with allergies. Breakfast until 1pm on a Sunday was amazing and rare for us, so big plus...

"I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card."

"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet. I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large! All the staff...
